Illegal online lottery racket busted

An illegal online lottery racket has been busted and 13 people arrested in this connection at Annur near here, police said Tuesday. The racket was unearthed after a police team led by Superintendent of Police Sujit Kumar carried out a raid at a shop in Annur, 35 km from here.

Besides three printers, police seized 22 mobile phones, 10 two-wheelers, a tempo and Rs 1.06 lakh. Such raids against banned online lottery will continue, they added..
