World's most admired 2019: Unexpected new names leave fans amazed

The "World's most admired 2019" list was unveiled recently and many people were left amazed with the new names that propped up in the list. From Bollywood stars to First Ladies to an LGBT comedian, this year's list had something for everyone.

The most surprising entry was of Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen, who was named at the 17th most admirable woman in World's most admired 2019 list. Sushmita Sen has been away from movies from quite some time now but she promotes fitness and her love for Yoga probably took her to the list.

Other new entries in World's most admired 2019 from Bollywood were Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan. They were named 16th and 18th most admired man respectively in the list. A few other Bollywood stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Padukone are not new to the list.

Xi Jinping's wife and Chinese singer Peng Liyuan is also a new entry to World's most admired 2019 list. She ranked surprisingly high at 7th position among most admired women. Her husband Jinping maintained his position as the 4th most admired man.

Another Chinese, Tu Youyou has also featured in the list as a 9th most admired woman. She is a Noble Prize winner chemist and is a new entrant to the list.

Ellen DeGeneres is also a new entrant and she ranked as the 15th most admired woman. She is very popular and runs a TV show under her own name.

Donald Trump's wife, Melania Trump, has also featured in the list as the 19th most admired woman. Her entry comes quite late considering she is the first lady of the US from 2016.
