The Delhi Congress will launch its "Lok Sampark Abhiyan" to reach out to voters here in the run-up to the 2019 Lok Sabha polls, and highlight "failures" of the AAP and BJP governments.

A five-member committee has been formed by the Delhi Congress president for the purpose to draft the content for the campaign, according to a party statement.

The campaign will start from October 13.
