Libya PM says assessing international aid offers after floods

Libya Prime Minister Abdulhamid al-Dbeibah in a press conference on Tuesday said his country was assessing international aid offers for what is necessary and to ensure coordination in rescue efforts after flooding killed at least 2,000 people.

"There were multiple offers of help and we will only accept aid that is necessary," he added.
