The leader of the reformist New Social Contract (NSC) party on Wednesday said his party is not ready to negotiate over forming a government together with far-right leader Geert Wilders.

NSC leader Pieter Omtzigt told reporters he sees problems due to parts of Wilders' Freedom Party (PVV) platform that contradict the Dutch constitution.

Wilders booked major gains in the Nov. 22 election but his party would need support from more moderate parties such as NSC in order to form a government with himself as prime minister.
