North Korean minister, in Moscow, says relations moving forward as leaders planned

North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui said during a visit to Moscow on Tuesday that ties with Russia were developing in line with the plans of the two countries' leaders, a deepening of a relationship that the United States and its allies view with concern.

Choe made the comment at the televised start of a meeting with her Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov. The Kremlin said President Vladimir Putin would meet both ministers later on Tuesday to discuss the result of their talks.
