Biden says solution needed to fund government, avoid shutdown

President Joe Biden said on Tuesday that the U.S. needs to find a solution to fund the government while providing aid to Ukraine and avoiding an economically damaging government shutdown.

Biden made the comments in the While House's Oval Office at the top of a meeting with top Democrats and Republicans in Congress.
