Responding to AAP leader Atishi's allegation that the BJP stopped the Yamuna water supply to Delhi to create a water crisis, BJP candidate from East Delhi seat, Harsh Malhotra said on Wednesday that if Kejriwal government is not able to fulfil basic needs of people, then the entire cabinet should resign. "Ever since Arvind Kejriwal went to jail, as CM, he is not able to do anything and is not allowing anybody to work, so what will happen? They can't manage their affairs. Delhi has a budget of 85,000 crores and if the Kejriwal government is not able to fulfil the basic needs of the people of Delhi (water), then the whole cabinet should resign. This is a weak government which has neither policy nor leader," Harsh Malhotra said.

AAP leader Atishi earlier today alleged that the BJP stopped the Yamuna water supply to Delhi in its bid to target the ruling party by creating a water crisis in the national capital. She also wrote a letter to Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, regarding Yamuna's water flow from Haryana to Delhi and accused the Haryana government of not releasing Delhi's water share. While addressing a press conference in the national capital, the AAP leader said, "Ahead of the voting on May 25 (in Delhi), BJP has hatched a new conspiracy to target AAP and disturb the people of Delhi. Under this conspiracy, through its Haryana Government, the BJP has stopped the water flow to Delhi."

"This has been done to disturb the people of Delhi and cause a water crisis here. Yamuna water supply to Delhi is being stopped. An investigation revealed that the Haryana Government is stopping the Yamuna water flow to Delhi," she added. Further, praising PM Modi, Harsh Malhotra said that the INDIA bloc does not have any candidate to put in front of Modi ji.

"Before 2014, if there was firing from Pakistan, the soldiers had to first take orders from Delhi. Today things have changed. Now if there is a firing on the borders, the soldiers are ordered to respond to the firing with shells. He is the only Prime Minister who celebrates Diwali with soldiers. There have been so many Congress governments, but to date none of them has ever gone to the borders. They (INDIA Bloc) do not have any candidate to put in front of Modi ji," Malhotra added. (ANI)
