Former Chief Minister O Panneerselvam is significantly trailing behind IUML candidate and sitting MP Navaskani K in the Ramanathapuram Parliamentary constituency. Panneerselvam, expelled from AIADMK and running independently, secured 94,404 votes, while Navaskani, allied with DMK, garnered 1,62,424 votes, leading by 68,020 votes.

In a significant development in the Ramanathapuram Parliamentary constituency, Former Chief Minister O Panneerselvam finds himself trailing behind his opponent. The IUML candidate and sitting MP Navaskani K is currently leading, according to the latest trends reported by the election commission.
Panneerselvam, who was expelled from the AIADMK and has aligned with the BJP, is contesting as an independent in this election. He has secured a total of 94,404 votes.
In contrast, Navaskani, running in alliance with the DMK, has managed to obtain 1,62,424 votes, marking a substantial lead of 68,020 votes over Panneerselvam.
