Rakibul Hussain Takes Commanding Lead in Dhubri Lok Sabha Seat

Congress candidate Rakibul Hussain has surged ahead with a lead of over 9.23 lakh votes against AIUDF's Badruddin Ajmal in the Dhubri Lok Sabha seat in Assam. Hussain garnered 1,34,9868 votes, while Ajmal received 4,26,839 votes. Zabed Islam followed with 4,08,056 votes.

Congress candidate Rakibul Hussain has taken a commanding lead in the Dhubri Lok Sabha seat in Assam, surpassing his rival AIUDF supremo Badruddin Ajmal by over 9.23 lakh votes, according to the Election Commission.

Hussain has garnered 1,34,9868 votes, significantly outpacing Ajmal, the three-term incumbent MP who secured only 4,26,839 votes.

Meanwhile, Zabed Islam trailed behind with 4,08,056 votes.
