Both Chakraborty and Alam have filed complaints against each other, according to a police officer. CCTV footage showing Chakraborty assaulting Alam has gone viral.

Chakraborty later acknowledged his lapse in judgment and offered an apology. The dispute originated over car parking at the restaurant, with Chakraborty's vehicles blocking access for other customers.
