Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju on Tuesday emphasized his commitment to foster unity and ensure the smooth functioning of Parliament, calling for cooperation beyond numerical strength. Addressing the media upon assuming his new role, Rijiju underscored the importance of vocal power for constructive debates.

Joined by his predecessor Pralhad Joshi and Ministers of State Arjun Ram Meghwal and L Murugan, Rijiju appealed to all political parties to uphold parliamentary dignity. 'We must not let numerical strength dictate our actions. Inside the House, vocal power should drive meaningful discussions,' he stated.
