Lalan Singh's Continuity in Modi's Vision for Panchayati Raj

Rajiv Ranjan alias Lalan Singh assumed charge of the Panchayati Raj Ministry on Tuesday, with a firm commitment to uphold the vision and policies set forth by Prime Minister Narendra Modi's administration.

Singh, who concurrently heads the Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, and Dairying Ministry, reiterated that his role is not to impose personal priorities but to ensure seamless execution of the government's agenda.

Flanked by MoS Panchayati Raj and Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying S P Singh Baghel, and MoS Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying George Kurian, Singh dismissed rumors of a 100-day plan, marking the commencement of a steady five-year governance term.
