President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday that he did not rule out Russia supplying high-precision weapons to North Korea with which Moscow concluded a mutual defence pact this week, the Interfax news agency reported.
Putin was speaking to reporters in Vietnam at the end of a two-day trip to Asia. He held talks in North Korea a day earlier.
