Indian President hosts 'At Home' reception at Rashtrapati Nilayam

President Ram Nath Kovind Sunday hosted "At Home" reception here at Rashtrapati Nilayam, one of the Presidential Retreats. Pradesh and Telangana Governor E S L Narasimhan, Telangana Legislative Council Chairman Swamy Goud and Home Minister Mohammed Mahmood Ali was prominent among those who attended the event. Kovind arrived here on December 21 for his four-day customary southern sojourn and would return to New Delhi on December 24.

The President attended a programme organised by the Prathima Institute of Medical Sciences at Karimnagar on December 22. It is customary for the President to visit Rashtrapati Nilayam and stay there at least once a year and conduct official business from there.
