On Thursday, CPI(ML) Liberation general secretary Dipankar Bhattacharya demanded the withdrawal of cases against individuals in Bihar and elsewhere who waved Palestinian flags.
Addressing a press conference, Bhattacharya disapproved of INDIA bloc allies like RJD president Lalu Prasad attending the wedding of billionaire Mukesh Ambani's son. He stressed that waving Palestinian flags was an act of solidarity with Gaza, which has faced significant military action from Israel.
Bhattacharya criticized the Nitish Kumar government for rising crime rates and the collapse of bridges. He announced plans for a state-wide demonstration and a three-day stir to address unfulfilled promises to impoverished families identified in the caste survey.
