Quad Ministers to Convene in Tokyo to Strengthen Indo-Pacific Collaboration
External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar will visit Tokyo from July 28-30 to participate in a Quad foreign ministerial meeting. Other participants include US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, Japan's Yoko Kamikawa, and Australia's Penny Wong. They will discuss developments in the Indo-Pacific region and review progress on Quad initiatives.

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar is set to visit Tokyo from July 28-30 for a foreign ministerial meeting of the Quad grouping.
Joining him will be US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, Japan's Foreign Minister Yoko Kamikawa, and Australia's Foreign Minister Penny Wong. The Quad meeting is scheduled for July 29.
According to the Ministry of External Affairs, the meeting aims to advance discussions from their last gathering in New York in September 2023. The ministers will exchange views on Indo-Pacific developments and evaluate the progress of Quad initiatives and working groups.
The ministers are expected to discuss both regional and international issues, aiming to guide future collaboration to achieve a free and open Indo-Pacific by addressing contemporary regional priorities and delivering public goods.
