Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy harshly criticized the Union Budget on Tuesday, alleging it shows a 'bias' against Telangana and discriminates against the state. Reddy described the budget as a 'kursi bachao budget' aimed at pleasing NDA allies like TDP and JD(U).

Addressing a press conference, Reddy asserted that the NDA stands for 'Naidu-Nitish Dependent Alliance.' He demanded the resignation of Union Coal Minister G. Kishan Reddy, who is also the state's BJP president, over the perceived injustice done to Telangana.

Revanth Reddy emphasized the state's repeated but unsuccessful requests for development funds and projects. The Telangana Assembly will debate the alleged discrimination and seek a resolution on the issue. Reddy vowed to fight this perceived bias, even collaborating with other southern states.
