In a significant move, the Punjab Cabinet has sanctioned a three-day assembly session set to commence on September 2.
Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann presided over the meeting where this decision was taken, as announced by Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema during a press briefing.
The session will begin with an official commemoration of obituaries, while detailed matters will be sorted out by the business advisory committee soon, an official spokesperson disclosed.
