Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge on Tuesday claimed Prime Minister Narendra Modi was heading a ''minority'' government reliant on allies JD(U) and TDP.

He questioned the longevity of the BJP-led NDA government and predicted its collapse. Speaking in Mumbai, Kharge emphasized the INDIA alliance's success in recent polls and India's changing political landscape.

Kharge accused the BJP of ignoring the poor and posited that its government won't last long due to increased opposition unity. He also reiterated the need for a nationwide caste census to aid underprivileged sections and called for stronger state-level opposition alliances to safeguard the Constitution.
