A top Israeli official has emphasized the importance of global cooperation in the fight against terrorism, labeling it a disease that will not stop unless like-minded nations unite. Director General of Foreign Affairs, Yakoov Blitshtein, stated that Israel will win the war against terror despite the escalating tensions in West Asia.
Speaking on Tuesday, Blitshtein asserted the inevitability of putting an end to terror in Israel and globally. Referring to the recent Hamas attack on Israel in October 2023, he expressed confidence in Israel's resilience during these challenging times.
Blitshtein's comments follow Israel's preemptive airstrikes in southern Lebanon aimed at averting Hezbollah's rocket and missile attacks. During his visit to the Chabad House in Mumbai, attacked in 2008, he emphasized the collective strength of the Jewish people in overcoming terror, adding that the rebuilding of Chabad House symbolizes their enduring spirit.
