BRS MLC K Kavitha, recently released from Tihar prison in Delhi following a Supreme Court bail grant related to the alleged Delhi excise policy scam, has expressed assurance in her innocence.
Addressing reporters at her Hyderabad residence, Kavitha emphasized her belief that justice and virtue will ultimately prevail. She reassured the people of Telangana that the truth would emerge in due course, committing to continue her active participation in state issues under her father, former Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao's leadership.
Responding to allegations of a tacit understanding between BRS and BJP leading to her bail, Kavitha stated the matter is sub-judice and refrained from commenting further. Her arrival in Hyderabad was marked by a rousing welcome from BRS supporters.
