Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan sharply criticized Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for his statements made during his visit to the United States, labeling them as an anti-national act and damaging to India's global image.

Addressing the Indian-American community in Dallas, Gandhi had highlighted a lack of love, respect, and humility in Indian politics and criticized the RSS for its singular vision of India.

Chouhan stressed that political disputes should be kept within the country and pointed out that previous leaders, such as Atal Bihar Vajpayee, had always upheld India's dignity abroad.
