President Joe Biden announced on Friday that the assault on Haitian immigrants in the United States "has to stop," after Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump repeated a false and derogatory claim regarding a Haitian community in Ohio.
"It is simply wrong that the proud Haitian community is under attack right now in this country," Biden stated. "There's no place in America. This has to stop - what he's doing. It has to stop," Biden declared during a White House event celebrating Black excellence.
