BJP MP Kangana Ranaut on Sunday accused the Himachal Pradesh government of taking loans and giving them to former Congress president Sonia Gandhi, leading to the depletion of the state's finances.
While launching a BJP membership drive in a village, Ranaut highlighted the pervasive corruption in Congress-ruled states and questioned the party's election spending. She urged the public to oust the current administration under Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu.
Ranaut alleged that disaster relief funds are misappropriated and called for greater accountability from Public Works Minister Vikramaditya Singh. She stressed the importance of sports facilities for children and announced plans for a sports center in Mandi constituency.
