BJD Launches Ambitious Membership Drive to Strengthen Odisha Roots

The Biju Janata Dal, Odisha's largest political party, has launched an extensive membership drive. The Biju Janata Dal (BJD), the preeminent political force in Odisha, initiated a robust membership drive announced by leader Naveen Patnaik on Wednesday.

Marking the start of the campaign on Utkalmani Gopabandhu Das's birth anniversary, Patnaik underscored the people's robust support for the BJD. He invited participation from across and beyond Odisha, contrasting BJD's direct approach with the opposition's tactics.

Patnaik reiterated the BJD's commitment to Odisha's welfare. The drive runs until December 9 and aims to surpass previous membership numbers, engaging citizens both online and offline, and prioritizing student and female participation.
