Addressing reporters, Abdullah emphasized, "It's crucial to bridge the divides created between Jammu and Kashmir and ensure Hindus trust us to consider their interests equally." Despite electoral outcomes, he assured commitment to addressing their concerns.
Highlighting challenges such as inflation and unemployment, Abdullah stressed the need for youth opportunities. He asserted his authority in selecting the government's head, confirming Omar Abdullah as chief minister, despite talks of the alliance deciding the leadership.
