Protests Erupt Over UPPSC Exam Scheduling

Protesters gathered in Prayagraj on Monday, opposing the UPPSC's decision to conduct the RO-ARO and PCS examinations on separate dates. Large numbers of aspirants laid siege to the UPPSC headquarters, expressing their demands for a unified examination schedule.

Despite police efforts to disperse the demonstrators, the protesters remained firm in their resolve, holding placards and lighting their mobile phone torches. They voiced their dissatisfaction over the announcement of separated exam dates, calling for exams to be held in a single shift as before.

Political figures, including Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav, criticized the ruling government, accusing it of being anti-youth. He condemned the crackdown on protesting students and vowed support for their cause.
