BRS Working President and MLA KT Rama Rao launched a scathing attack on the Congress party on Saturday, accusing it of disseminating false information concerning Telangana's progress. He labeled Telangana CM Revanth Reddy a 'habitual liar' who perpetuates propaganda.

Rao drew attention to a newly issued statistical report highlighting Telangana's achievements over the last decade. Released by the state's Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister, the report counters Congress' claims of Telangana being a debt-laden state. The BRS leader chastised Congress leaders, particularly Revanth Reddy, for maligning the state's standing.

Rao urged the Chief Minister to cease disparaging Telangana, highlighting that the report positions the state as a leader in information technology, agriculture, and livestock development. He called for the assembly to dedicate time for a thorough debate comparing the performance of the BRS and Congress governments.
