In a significant diplomatic mission, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio will visit Saudi Arabia from March 10-12. The visit aims to engage in talks with Ukrainian counterparts amidst ongoing geopolitical tensions.

Rubio's schedule includes a critical meeting with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, as confirmed by the U.S. Department of State's spokesperson Tammy Bruce. This underscores the U.S.' strategic emphasis on Middle Eastern diplomacy.

Following Saudi Arabia, Rubio will travel to Canada from March 12-14 for the G7 foreign ministers' meeting. The discussions will focus on coordinating efforts to resolve the Russia-Ukraine conflict, a priority for President Donald Trump, who has temporarily halted military aid to Ukraine.
