Nepal expressed its deep concern on Thursday over the escalating tensions in the region, emphasizing its commitment to not allow its land to be used against its neighbors by hostile forces.
This announcement from Nepal's Foreign Ministry followed India's Operation Sindoor, which targeted nine terror locations in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir and Punjab as a retaliation for the Pahalgam terror attack claiming 26 lives, including a Nepalese citizen.
The statement highlighted Nepal's condemnation of the attack, affirming solidarity with India during this grieving period, and reiterated their shared stance against terrorism.
