In the wake of a devastating explosion at the Sigachi Industries Ltd plant in Pashamylaram, Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has pledged substantial compensation for the affected families.
The tragic incident, which has claimed 36 lives, prompted the CM to announce Rs 1 crore compensation for each family who lost a loved one. Additionally, Rs 10 lakh will be provided to those seriously injured, while others facing recovery will receive Rs 5 lakh.
Officials are working to contact the remaining individuals present at the site during the blast. The government, along with Sigachi, will cover all medical expenses, and an investigation is underway to hold those responsible accountable.
