BRS president and former Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has been hospitalized for high blood sugar and low sodium levels, according to a statement from Yashoda Hospitals on Thursday.
Admitted after complaints of general weakness, the 71-year-old's vital parameters are stable, although he is under close observation. Treatment aims to regulate his blood sugar and sodium levels.
Telangana's Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy has communicated with medical professionals to ensure KCR receives the best care. In December 2023, KCR had undergone a successful hip replacement post an election defeat fall.
