Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has accused the Congress party of orchestrating a conspiracy in the Malegaon blast case to frame RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat.
Speaking at a press conference, Sarma termed the investigation a 'political witch hunt' led by former home minister P Chidambaram, aiming to tarnish the image of the RSS.
