Defence Minister Rajnath Singh launched a scathing attack on Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's bold assertions during a recent event in Bihar. Gandhi had claimed to possess 'atom bomb' evidence of electoral malpractice committed by the Election Commission, which Singh swiftly dismissed as fanciful.
At the media-organized gathering, Singh criticized Gandhi for making baseless allegations, emphasizing the Election Commission's steadfast integrity and dedication to free and fair elections. He urged the opposition to refrain from derogatory comments about such a revered institution, which holds democratic processes sacrosanct.
Highlighting the need for progress, Singh commended Bihar's Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for reforms that have spurred notable development within the state. Singh juxtaposed the stability under the NDA's governance, against the potential disruption posed by the INDIA bloc's leadership.
