Unity Renewed: INDIA Bloc's Strength in Bihar

The INDIA Bloc in Bihar remains firmly united, asserts senior Congress leader Ashok Gehlot. After meeting with RJD's Lalu Prasad Yadav, Gehlot criticized the BJP for suggesting a split within the alliance. Senior Congress figure Ashok Gehlot reaffirmed the strong unity within the INDIA Bloc in Bihar, dispelling any notion of division within the coalition. Gehlot, alongside AICC Bihar in-charge Krishna Allavaru, met with Rashtriya Janata Dal leaders Lalu Prasad Yadav and Tejashwi Yadav to discuss election strategies and address alliance dynamics.

Gehlot emphasized the strength of the Mahagathbandhan, set to demonstrate its vigor in an upcoming press conference. Dismissing rumors of discord, he attributed them to what he described as a 'sponsored campaign' by the BJP aimed at undermining the coalition's stability in Bihar.

Despite minor issues over seat contests among allies, Gehlot assured that these were typical pre-election occurrences and posed no threat to alliance unity. Meanwhile, the NDA seized on these reports, with Chirag Paswan of the LJP criticizing the cohesion of the INDIA Bloc. The Bihar elections are scheduled for November 6 and 11, with results expected on November 14.
