Uttar Pradesh Chief Electoral Officer Navdeep Rinwa has issued directives to district election officers to ensure no eligible citizen is left out during the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the electoral rolls.
In a virtual meeting, Rinwa stressed the importance of adherence to the guidelines set by the Election Commission and outlined the necessary tasks for a comprehensive electoral revision.
Emphasizing collaboration, Rinwa called on political parties to assist in the revision process by appointing booth-level agents, and announced an upcoming meeting with party representatives to enhance cooperation for successful implementation.
