Pakistan's Defence Minister Khawaja Asif extended heartfelt condolences to India on the death of an Indian pilot following a tragic crash at the Dubai Air Show. Wing Commander Namansh Syal lost his life when an Indian Air Force Tejas fighter jet crashed during the event.

Sharing a message from the Pakistan Strategic Forum, Asif stated that the rivalry between Pakistan and India's air forces 'belongs to the skies only.' The forum, consisting of defence analysts, reiterated condolences to the Indian Air Force and Syal's family.

Amid tense bilateral relations post-conflict in May, Asif stressed that such tragedies transcend borders, uniting the aerospace community that respects bravery. The crash serves as a somber reminder of shared risks faced by aviators worldwide.
