Actor and Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) chief Vijay has reaffirmed his entry into politics, driven by the overwhelming support of the people. In a heartfelt message following a public rally in Erode, he described this support as his 'greatest driving force'.
Vijay's rally marked a strong condemnation of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK), which he labeled an 'evil force', echoing the sentiments of former chief ministers MG Ramachandran and J Jayalalithaa. The actor emphasized that his political journey is a debt of gratitude to those who have supported his professional career.
Commending his party's efforts, Vijay expressed appreciation for Administrative Coordinator K A Sengottaiyan and others who ensured the rally's success, and he promised to continue his efforts with a vision of ushering a 'new dawn' for those entrenched in poverty.
