Rohini Acharya, daughter of RJD President Lalu Prasad, took a veiled swipe at her brother Tejashwi Yadav after the party suffered a major loss in the Bihar assembly elections.
Acharya's criticism surfaced on the same day Tejashwi conducted a review meeting to analyze the party's significant drop from 75 to 25 seats over five years. Despite the presence of senior leaders like Misa Bharti and Manoj Jha, no comments were offered to the media post-meeting.
In her post on platform X, Acharya urged for genuine introspection and accountability, implying that sycophants around Tejashwi impact meaningful review processes. Previously, she attributed the party's election failure to her brother's aides, Sanjay Yadav and Rameez, who wield considerable influence over Tejashwi. Inside sources suggest Acharya's disappointment partly stems from her preferred candidates not receiving party nominations.
