The run-up to the Chandrapur Municipal Corporation's mayoral election is gaining momentum as candidates from Congress, Shiv Sena (UBT), and BJP have filed their nominations.
A total of ten candidates submitted forms for the mayor's post, while six are in the race for the deputy mayoral position, setting up a high-stakes contest.
