Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) MP Kanimozhi expressed strong confidence in her party's electoral prospects, asserting that the people of Tamil Nadu support the formation of a Dravidian Model 2.0 government under Chief Minister MK Stalin. She stated, 'I firmly believe victory for the DMK is assured.'

When discussing actor-turned-politician Vijay's decision to contest from two constituencies, Kanimozhi mentioned it reflects Vijay's and his party's confidence, refraining from criticism. Regarding the Congress party, she noted Sonia Gandhi's health issues have delayed their candidate list, but reassured that the list will be released soon.

Kanimozhi also reiterated her confidence in Stalin's leadership to secure another term, citing public trust in the government's achievements over the past five years. She highlighted advancements in development, job creation, and social welfare, particularly for women and students. She credited CM Stalin for economic growth and expanding employment opportunities. Tamil Nadu's single-phase polls are set for April 23, with vote counting on May 4.
