Amit Shah Pledges to Curb Crime and Instill Security in West Bengal

Union Home Minister Amit Shah has pledged that a BJP government in West Bengal would establish a special squad targeting cattle smuggling and eradication of the 'goonda raj'. Addressing rallies in Nadia district, Shah criticized the TMC for its alleged forgiving approach to terrorism during its tenure.

Shah emphasized a commitment to protect national security by tackling illegal migration and enforcing strict actions against infiltrators. The minister also pinpointed a rise in fear and violence, attributing it to insufficient action by the present ruling party.

Furthermore, Shah assured voters that the BJP would implement the Uniform Civil Code and support women's safety. He proposed financial allowances for women and youth, alongside ecological initiatives to restore cleanliness to local rivers.
