Jammu and Kashmir Deputy Chief Minister, Surinder Kumar Choudhary, has launched a scathing critique of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), accusing them of attempting to regain political ground through emotional and diversionary tactics rather than addressing pressing issues affecting the Union Territory.
Choudhary criticized the PDP for its historical reliance on sentiment-driven politics, pointing out their controversial alliance with the BJP, which led to the revocation of Jammu and Kashmir's special status. He argued that the situation in the region today could have been markedly different without this partnership.
Emphasizing the importance of re-establishing statehood and addressing unemployment, Choudhary urged all political factions in the region to focus on these critical issues, advocating for meaningful dialogue over divisive rhetoric in pursuit of peace, brotherhood, and development.
