Kerala Minister P A Mohamed Riyas, contesting from Beypore, predicts a sweeping victory for the CPI(M)-led LDF, citing significant developments and welfare measures during their tenure. Meanwhile, BJP leader V Muraleedharan, running in Kazhakootam, reported growing backing for the BJP-led NDA, suggesting a tough battle between LDF and NDA.
In contrast, Congress leader Ramesh Chennithala expressed assurance in a UDF victory. Albeit competitive, parties anticipate possible changes within Kerala’s political landscape.
