West Bengal witnessed significant unrest on Monday as incidents of arson and vandalism targeted Trinamool Congress (TMC) offices. These incidents occurred following a landslide electoral victory by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
Several locations, including Tollygunge, Baruipur, and Murshidabad, saw TMC premises being vandalized by mobs carrying BJP flags. Notable instances included the targeted vandalism of the election office of TMC candidate Aroop Biswas in Tollygunge, and the office of TMC councillor Sushanta Ghosh at Ruby Crossing.
