The FAA has suspended DelleChiaie from his mechanical engineering role after illegal searches were discovered on his work computer. The searches, which included phrases like 'how to get a gun into a federal facility,' were outlined in court documents.
Authorities noted that DelleChiaie, who was upset with the Trump administration over various issues, conducted searches on sensitive personal information concerning high-profile figures. Trump has been the target of three assassination attempts since 2024.
