Saubhagya Singh Thakur, newly appointed chairman of the Madhya Pradesh Textbook Corporation, was seen arriving with multiple vehicles. The event, captured in viral videos, drew public scrutiny. Similarly, Rakesh Singh Jadon, now Vice President of the Khadi Village Industries Board, also reached Bhopal from Vidisha in a convoy.

The Congress's state president, Jitu Patwari, criticized PM Modi's call for fuel efficiency, asking why such directives seem to apply only to the general public. Meanwhile, BJP's state secretary Rajneesh Agarwal assured that efforts to align with the Prime Minister's message are ongoing.
