Needham will join Rubio, who is currently serving as President Donald Trump's acting national security adviser and the leading U.S. diplomat. Needham's extensive experience includes serving as Rubio's chief of staff in the U.S. Senate and leading the conservative advocacy group Heritage Action for America.
