Tragedy Strikes Kryvyi Rih: Russian Drones Devastate Ukrainian Shopping Centre
A drone strike in central Ukraine killed 16 and injured over 130, including 22 children. President Zelenskiy vowed a response to the attack, labeling it as an act of terrorism. The assault marked an escalation in the air conflict as Russia continues its aggression against Ukraine.
A devastating assault occurred in Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine, on Friday when Russian drones targeted a shopping centre, resulting in 16 tragic deaths and over 130 injuries, according to Ukrainian authorities.
President Volodymyr Zelenskiy condemned the act as barbaric, insisting on a global response to these acts he termed as terrorism. Among the injured, 22 are children, with 29 victims, including five children, in serious condition.
As rescue efforts continue amidst the rubble, tensions between Russia and Ukraine escalate, with both sides intensifying their military actions in a conflict nearing its 4.5-year mark.
